On July 9th, we had the great opportunity of "borrowing" a wonderful girl. Her name is LeAnne and she has been a joy to have in our family. She is our foster daughter. It is amazing how brave these children have to be. Her parents really seem like very good people and have raised her well, so if there is anything I can do to help reunite their family, I will.
She went to Girl's Camp with our ward about three days after she arrived here. I was so proud of her for her willingness to meet new people and explore the unknown! She was able to meet many of the girls and now it will be easier for her to start school since she knows quite a few people.
